Rockheim’s main exhibition is a journey through modern Norwegian musical and cultural history.

Pop history is often told through the artists – but in WE <3 YOU, we highlight the forgotten heroes of pop history: the fans. The exhibition explores how fans have helped shape music culture – through engagement, community, and creativity.

The Rockheim Hall of Fame is an institution honouring persons and groups who have played an essential role in the development and dissemination of Norwegian pop and rock music.

In an almost screen-free room on our fourth floor, we have created the "world's largest MIDI controller" to let you produce electronic music in an intuitive and playful way.

When Nyhavna Disappears is a temporary documentary and exhibition project directed by Carl Christian Lein Størmer, in collaboration with Rockheim.
